If you are eligible, our application takes about fifteen minutes. We ask for a few simple details about your organisation and your project.
Decisions are made throughout the year. Any contact before a decision will be by email and telephone. We do not currently award multiple-year grants at this level.
Circulated monthly to trustees; a visit may follow. The larger the request, the more detail we ask for. We can consider awards of up to two years, and rarely award more than £10,000.
Organisations and groups improving health and wellbeing, especially for young people and those who are vulnerable.
Tyneside, Gateshead and southern Northumberland. Close to the edge? Ask us, we would rather tell you honestly than have you guess.
Applications from individuals. We are set up to back organisations and groups, so an individual application is very unlikely to succeed.
Applications from national organisations, unless the work is delivered specifically in an area we support.
